Cliff: I had that same issue and worked it out having January at the top and the latest month at the bottom. I did not do numbers, company names etc cuzz this was just my financial budget so no need for that. Before I continue what OS are u using? Cuzz if I assume right these choices do not appear for XP. If it does, I am pretty sure someone will call me on it.

Due to the fact that months start with letters windows is going to put them in the order it is. I suggest that you try naming it with numbers. As opposed to writing it as January 1st 2011 you try something like 01 01 2011. Either that or do what you know works also and put a number in front of it. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Cliff Smales Sent: Tuesday, June 28, 2011 9:25 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [Blind-Computing] In correct order, please I'm entering files into a folder, added to monthly. My entries do not appear in running order, by the month, but more alphabetically. I'd like them to appear in running order. I'm listing the months by number, rather than by name. How do I accomplish this? Many thanks.
