Hi all, Before I had to reformat my hard drive last Saturday, I could go to my control panel and go to anything using first letter navigation. I am trying to go to my mail profile, and I can't even find anything related to mail now. I am using windows 7 home premium, outlook 2007 jaws 12, latest update, on a 64 bit machine.
