Hi Anna, Is this happening every time you send an email, or is it once in awhile, or hardly ever? I tried Googling your error message & I got different responses according to peoples different experiences with receiving this error message, but nothing definite. Meaning that I couldn't find any 1 thing that was causing this error message. I know this doesn't help, but hopefully someone with more experience / knowledge will jump in with a more definite answer. I spent about an hour checking this out since your first post, but was hoping to come up with better results. Take care. Mike
