Hi, this sometimes happens if the original message you answer to is in another script or has some special symbols; there are two options then - send as unicode or send as is; I would recommend sending as unicode as it's better than the other option as it tends to keep those special signs; I haven't had this for some time but IIRC the other option would convert those signs into question marks or similar.
