Hi Portia, We did get it figured out. Somehow a checkbox in her Gmail settings got unchecked & was sending all of her emails to her Spam folder. The Checkbox that became unchecked was the option to send all emails to her Inbox. Thank you very much for your reply. Take care. Mike
