Hi list, It's Alvin. I just received one of those government cell phones, but I'm wondering if there is some software out there that will make it more accessible to navigate the menus and use it fully. It's a Sprint phone.
Also, this is my first cell phone ever, so I'm kind of new to it. :) UP until recently, I have just been getting by with AT&T calling cards. I know crazy right? Lol But they seem to be phasing those out. :) I am totally blind so some type of speech output would be useful. I have memorized how to turn it on/off, and I know how to dial others using it. The essentials. :) I'm just asking to see what's out there. I may end up getting another cell phone in the future that has more accessibility, but this will suffice for now. I'm just wanting suggestion and possibilities of accessible cell phone software/hardware. I did a little research and ran across some software called Mobile Speaks and Talks. is there anyone who uses any of these? How are they, and Are there others? Are there any other lists that deal specifically with this? Can someone please point me in that direction? :) Thanks in advance! God bless you all!
