Hello there; Since I'm not sure if your using the virtual ribbon, With the jaws virtual ribbon on, You can;
1, press the alt key+s=send/receive; You should hear; Send/receive tab, 2, now down arro until you hear; Preferences sub menu, Now, right arrow to open, You then down arrow you will see/hear, Work offline button, However, if you hear; Work offline button pressed, This means your email is set to work offline, So no sending or receiveing, If you press enter, This will put the send/receive back online. If you are not using the jaws virtual ribbon, then the keystroke, Alt+s+w Will put your send/receive back online assuming the offline button is pressed.
