Hi
In my university class, they provided the textbook in PDF format.
Unfortunately, it is locked. I am supposed to enter my user name and
password from the university but when I do I receive a message saying the
document is corrupted and to get a different copy. I tried re-downloading
the document with the same results.
The university suggests using Acrobat reader. I am using adobe reader.
Is this a problem do you think? Also, my adobe reader is set to convert the
document to accessible format. Is this something that could upset the
unlocking process?
Any ideas on how to get the book open are appreciated.
