You can not do it with an MP3 file. It has to be a small wave or possibly
WMA although I'm not sure on that second file type. I mention it only
because WMA is built 
in to windows. There is a tutorial on the server I did a couple of years ago
on this topic.

uh oh.

Well now I forgot to tell y'all something. When I press control F after I
sent it to myself, it starts to play, but it will not play again after it's
sent again, sigh.

So, I need to convert the MP3 to a .wav?

Think it should rather be a .wav sound clip/file to make it through more
mail servers/software etc.
