[Blind-Computing] SKIPE which version

I am using a new netbook with Jaws 13.
Have completely lost the plot regarding SKYPE.
What is the best version?
by that I mean easiest to use.
Does it require anything more than the SKYPE program itself?
By that I mean scripts.
