It sounds like you will need a mixer board of some type to
do this. A friend 
of mine does this type of set up where he works. He has 2
computers, a 
desktop mic, a cell phone, his desk phone all hooked up to
his and still has 
space for more. He says that with the unit he has you don't
have to switch 
between them and needs only one headset to do all of it
with.
