Hi Maria,

Thank you very much for your input.  What I am trying to find are keystrokes 
to alter volume on the fly, so to speak.  The volume level doesn't seem to 
go very high on this laptop or, it hasn't been maxed out yet & we really 
don't know its volume capability.  Thanks again, take care.
