Sorry, I'm not familiar with shortkeys lite, but, based on the example you gave, check out autohotkey, at www.autohotkey.com you can set all kinds of auto replace strings and shortcut keys, plus, it's free. Who can argue with that.

There are a bunch of other uses and I miss not having it on the Win 7 machine, but, as far as I can make out, it isn’t compatible with Win 7. I’d cheerfully pay for something similar that is accessible on the new computer.
