Hi Cliff,
When you need to sort largest to smaller, do the following:
1. Press Alt+d and press enter for sort
2. If you have no header row, Shift+tab several times to select no header row
3. Tab back to sort by column and arrow down for the column to be
sorted. If your choice is column A, you might already be there
4. Tab once and arrow down once to select descending. This will sort
largest first.
5. If additional sorts are needed, tab once for the second column and
again for the third column (Maximum sorts allows for three columns)
6. Press enter to sort. The default should be OK.
I hope this works for you. Let me know if you have any problems since
the above information is from memory.
Take care.

I'm looking for advice and help from someone who really knows his or
her way around the 2003 Excel "sort" menu.
I'm using this menu, more and more, with the statistical work I do
for my two bowling leagues and my basketball team.
I know that it should offer me such choices as, "sort, largest to
smallest". However, I can't get it to do that.
I'd appreciate any information anyone could supply. I'm sure that
it's a matter of not knowing how to thoroughly navigate that menu.
Can someone, out there, please help me?
