Hi John,

This might be a webpage flash issue. If so, he can use jaws to disable flash to test this possible solution. If it is a Java add on he will have to disable add ons for this specific website. I don't think I can be of any more help since doing third and fourth person trouble shooting usually results in lots of confusion when making suggestions. Maybe if you post the URL we might be able to help a bit more.

I have a friend that is having some problems,when he visits some sights that has some kind of podcasts it wants to put it on his computer & there is a allow & declined buttons but when he hits the declined button some times it goes away & other times it stays Is there a solution?
