I think you left something out. You started out asking about opening
attachments. Then, your friend is afraid to install or modify anything.
Then, you asked the use of something and step by step instructions to do it.
Please explain more. Just what are you trying to do or what do you need
instructions for? I'm pretty sure we can help once we understand the
