It sounds like there is a problem with your login information.
I would start over and make sure you are loged in properly.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Problem on Bank of America page

Hi,

I do believe that there are some people on the list that uses Bank of
America for checking or credit card.

I have a problem with the transfer page when I tried to transfer an amount
to pay for my Visa credit card with the bank.

Every time I make an attempt to press enter to continue with the transfer,
nothing happened.

I noticed that before I did any transaction, the following message was on
the page:

There was a problem processing your request on behalf of the customer.
. Your access is restricted from viewing this material.

I don't have the slightest idea what this means.
I can check my checking and savings account okay.
I can also check my credit card account, but I cannot do any transfers. I
had to call the bank to make the transfer for me.

Incidentally, I talked to a supervisor after the transfer was made and he
told me that the bank had some security issues and they had to update
Internet with Microsoft and MS is slow to do any update. I am using IE8 and
the supervisor also told me that there was a problem with IE9. I did find
out that the transfer does work with Firefox, but I am a heavy user of IE8
which is my default browser.

I would appreciate anyone on the list that uses Bank of America to go to the
transfer page and let me know if the above message is on the screen. I do
not know if this problem pertains to the web site or something on my
computer. I am using Jaws 12 and windows XP.

Any help would greatly be appreciated. Sorry for a long post.

Thanks and take care.

Lennie
