Hello there;
First, when you go into skype tools==/options/audio settings,
The first combo box is for microphone 
So with the arrow keys choose the mike for your headphones,
Now tab you will see/hear,
Check speakers button,
Again tab,
In this combo box with arrow keys, choose your headphones,
Now tab until you hear;
Automatically adjust speakers settings this should be checked,
Tab again,
Your in another combo box,
Use arrow keys and choose your headphones,
Now tab to save.

I folowed. When I reached to ring all devises, there were three options.
1. Ring on all devices,
2. Use selected speakers,
3. Speakers(High defination audio device)

Now please guide me which option should I select here.
