The insert+shift+R does work for me, sometimes two or three tries (with the
message opened you are replying to), I know this varies from computer to
computer. I am using JAWS latest 13, OE and XP.

In order to use the reply privately,
Yu need to enter on the message,
Then press the shift+insert+r.
Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work anymore.
If you want to get someone's email from a message,
So you can email them privately,
Do the following;
1, enter on the message,
2, Now press,
Alt+#1 twice quickly,
Now find the person's email address,
Select the text, then copy to the clipboard,
Now when you create a new message,
Just paste from the clipboard in the to field.

The keystroke, insert, shift, + R, works most of the time. I say most
of
the time because sometimes you have to do it 3 or 4 times! LOL LOL
This keystroke is for Jaws 10 versions& newer. Hope this helps.
