u could copy the part u want, then paste it in ms word and save it as a word document.

First hit enter on the link. Then stop the pod cast from playing. At that
point hit your applications key and save target should be available.

Thank you for this suggestion, right clicking does bring up a menu, but
save as target is not on the list of options.
The only save prompt is save as background, and it is unavailable.
I tried using the context menu and got the same list.
Does anyone have any other ideas on how I can save these podcasts, to listen
to on the VR. Stream.

What you need to do is Right Click on the link you want to download. You
will then get a list of options, one of which is 'Save Target As'. Take that
option and follow the prompts to save the download.

To right-click the link just press the Star key on the num pad. Be sure the
num lock is off.
