u could copy the part u want, then paste it in ms word and save it as a word
document.

Thank you for this suggestion, right clicking does bring up a menu, but
save as target is not on the list of options.
The only save prompt is save as background, and it is unavailable.
I tried using the context menu and got the same list.
Does anyone have any other ideas on how I can save these podcasts, to
listen
to on the VR. Stream.

What you need to do is Right Click on the link you want to download. You
will then get a list of options, one of which is 'Save Target As'. Take
that
option and follow the prompts to save the download.
To right-click the link just press the Star key on the num pad. Be sure
the
num lock is off.
