Mike, If you are using Windows 7, just type "mouse" in the Search field Now, you will see many different screens which have various functions. In most cases, the "Enable/Disable" function can be found under either the Hardware Tab or the Drivers tab. This will be a fairly common occurrence since Windows 7 is the supporting operating system. There may be some minor variations which are brand related but this process should work for you.
