I just performed a make over on the tips and tricks page specifically under
the windows heading. I'm trying to group items in their own categories and
if you folks will notice I've added a small but hopefully growing windows 8
section.

In other words if you have any direct links to anything under the windows
heading they will no longer work. It's just a shot at better organization.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Set Program Access & Defaults

Hi All,

I am running XP Pro & J13 latest, is it possible to have Set Programs Access
& Defaults displayed in the start menu when running the start menu in
classic view? If so, would you please explain / give steps on how this is
done? Thanks much, take care.
Mike
