Norman,

I have tried that and it always comes up as none. When I change to
allow read & write there doesn't seem to be anyway to make that
setting stay. I click on it, or I should say hit enter and when I go
back it is back on none. This is the part that is frustrating me

Al

Hi.
You will have to grant read/write to the user folder you want to
share.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Users on a Win 7 Network

A couple of weeks ago I posted some networking question with XP and
Win 7 on
the same network. Taking some suggestions, and doing some research I
have
everything working well except one small issue.

All computers, drives, etc. are seen by all other computers on the
network.
However when looking at a Win 7 box on the network, and I have two,
when you
click on users, you can see default, and public but no names of the
actual
users on the system.Anything special need to be adjusted to see them
or
doesn't Win 7 allow this

Thanks
Al
