Hi Tom,

Do you & your children use the same Internet service provider?  If not, you 
would need to change your outgoing SMTP settings to their providers settings 
in your email / tools / accounts / properties / servers tab.  Hope this

We visited our children recently and connected to their wireless network.
We could receive email, but not send it.
As soon as we got on our home network again, the messages went out.
Could there be some setting in their network that needs to be changed?
