Hello Thom, Do you have an email account with your internet provider? If you
do and if you were using that email address when you were visiting your son,
you cannot send messages because your provider has no branches in that area
where you were. I had the same problem when I visited my nephew. He called
my provider and they created another profile with my nephew's network.

Take care,
Rosario

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Can receive email but not send on another network

We visited our children recently and connected to their wireless network.
We could receive email, but not send it.
As soon as we got on our home network again, the messages went out.
Could there be some setting in their network that needs to be changed?
Tom
