Hi, I tried this, however, the problem was in the registry and I had to call tech support and allow them to take control of my computer. Thanks for all of the suggestions. I have saved all of them. Mike

Then, try your file again. Make sure you have your player to play audio files. You can do it from auto play in control panel. Every time that I select a song from my music files and try to playit, the player will only funtion for approximately 10 seconds. I then get a message that Media Player has stopped and that Windows is trying to find a solution. Unfortunately, windows has never found a solutions.
