You need to set the settings for Table Titles. In Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Insert + v for the Quick Settings dialog. Type in the word "table" into the search box. Now arrow down to "Table Titles", and hit the Enter key. Press Space to change this value. The default is to read only properly labeled titles coded into the HTML of the webpage. If you select rows and columns, it will announce the first row and column as the titles. Hit the Enter key again to save the new setting.
