Hi Beero, This is a total guess but, what the hell! Try checking the blink rate of the cursor, steps are below.
1. Open the control panel and press enter to open Accessibility Options. 2. Control + Tab to the display page. 3. Tab to Cursor Options Blink Rate left right slider, this should be at 63%. 4. Tab to Cursor Options Width left right slider, this should be at 0%. Take care.
