the first thing I would do is go to the two sites listed below, download the fast acting anti-virus apps available there and run them:
first is stinger at: http://www.mcafee.com/apps/free-tools/termsofuse.aspx?url=/us/downloads/free -tools/stinger.aspx and the other is Microsoft's safety scanner at: http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx these should make sure your clear of any viruses, they must be downloaded and run freshly to do the job correctly due to the ever changing array of viruses out there.
