Hello, I was working on a file and suddenly the file would not open after I got an error messabge from Microsoft and the file was closed.
The message is: "Microsoft Office Word The open Office XML file Debbie.docs cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents." I left clicked on details and got the following" Illegal xml character. Location: part: /word/document.xml Line: 2, Column: 197137 Can anyone help please? Thanks.
