Here you go:

1. Control + Space to select the full column when in focus.
2. Alt key to go to the home tab of the ribbon.
3. Down arrow to cells submenu.
4. Right arrow to open the submenu and use the down arrow to go to the
option Format button dropdown.
5. Spacebar to open the Format menu, and hit enter on auto fit column width.

I am sure there is a handy shortcut to do this, can't remember.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] column width in Excel 2007

Hi all,
Do you know how to make an entire column of an Excel sheet the width of the
longest entry?
I'm using Excel 2007 with Jaws 14.
Thanks,
Stephanie
