Does the said page open after you clicked on it?

Internet Explorer must have blocked a pop up from the site you were trying
to open. If this has happened you will hear a blimp sound indicating that a
pop up was blocked. To reconfirm if this is true, press the Alt + N key this
should take you to the information bar of IE on a button, pressing spacebar
on this button will give you more menu options on which you can act on
accordingly.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Web Pages

I am in need of help regarding IE 9 and web pages. For some reason of late,
whenever I do a search for something, the list of items is there and all,
then when I click on said page, I sometimes get a message stating that
internet explorer blocked something from popping up or showing.
Also, there's always this redirect or by proxy, what is that all about, and
how do I get rid of it?

Thanks,

Trish
