Thank you very much for your input.  I did get it converted using Openbook &

a PDF to text converter.  I used both to see which would convert it to the 
most readable copy.  Neither will read as well as I would like it but, it is

readable.  Thanks again.  We certainly hope your mouth starts feeling 
better!

or use a OCR program, sorry had two teeth removed yesterday, one in chunks,
and am loaded up on pain meds and didn't read the message right the first
time.

a note on OCR software, if you look around a bit you can usually find a copy
of abbey fine reader for about 70.00 dollars, and last time I checked the
new version was 99.95, whereas Kurzweil and open book are running about 7 to
9 hundred dollars more in price.
