Yes, there's a version of Viber for PC. However, it's not accessible. I
tried it with JAWS, NVDA and System Access, but no luck. They have
already been contacted, but I don't know if they have responded. Here's
the link:

When you get to the page, pull up the links list, press "G" to get to
"Get Viber for Windows" and press enter. Hopefully, they'll make it
accessible. They seem to listen to the users.

I use to use VIPRE and it worked very well with JAWS. However, I have moved
to Microsoft essentials and it also works very well.
