You are thinking of two different things. Vipre and Microsoft Security
Essentials are antivirus programs, whereas Viber is a free calling and
Messaging App for Android, IOS etc. The PC version of Viber just came
out a few days ago, and it's not accessible. Hope this clears up the
confusion,
