Yes those quests change in two ways. First the numbers of logs and timber increase to large amounts. One of the quests I completed was to sell 5,000,000 timber and there was no log quest with this bunch but I have a tools quest which will need logs and metal parts so will need to use lumber yard, quary, furnace, and blacksmith to produce those. The other way those quests change is eventually you get a level with no lumber yard quests on it at all but that's far up into the levels. One more hint, it is helpful to work on building out your estate since one of the benefits you get for this is immediate and permanent storeage bonuses.
