Perhaps the most accessible one is Skullgirls available on Steam.
If you have a screen reader running, then the menus will be spoken. At
least it works with NVDA.
It's a 2d fighter with both story and multiplayer mode, although I haven't
tried the accessibility of the multiplayer mode yet.
