You have to use space to hear  where the voice are

e.g if you hear the voice in the left ear press left Arrow

and if you hear the voice in the right ear press right arrow

I tried it and can't do the bit where you've to keep up with the horse, it says rotate, and I do with my arrows, but i just hear a swooshing sound and end up losing him.  Have given up in frustration.

Must say the episod when you should use the pistol are a little too fast

I meen

First reload the gun, hit e.g left Arrow and fire the gun etc
