Process explorer is as I remember just like any other program. you
extract and then run, though it's possible your antivirus is interfering
with it, so try making your download's folder an exception.
while it's a very complex program and not really one I'd want to mess
with too much for fear of mucking up my pc, I did manage to get it to
work quite successfully.
