Hi, It sounds quite likely, regarding your first query, that the utility you are using to extract files from the zip archive does not have administrator privileges. Either you will have to give admin privileges to the program, or else if you can’t do that then you will have to temporarily extract the files to a sub-directory within a folder that does not require admin privileges i.e. %userprofile%\Documents. Then you can just exercise admin privilegesusing file explorer to copy or cut the files and move them back into the directory specified in your email below.
