Tactical Battle from Ian Reed, Time of Conflict and Trek2000 from GMA, Smugglers (the whole series), everything from VGA, Paladin of the sky from VG storm, some of Aprone's games might count - temporal definitely does, Dragon Village from Rocky Waters, Warsim from Wastelander... I think I've covered a fairly wide group of genres here, but those are all off the top of my head, and there certainly are more options available.
