I seem to recall talking to you about this last time the topic came up. I have exactly the same problem. I think between the two of us, assuming it was you that I chatted with about this, we figured out something that worked sometimes, but it never worked well enough for me to actually make progress in the game. Now, I'm a little bit tempted to give it another try, but since I seemingly almost never made progress, it seems pretty pointless, especially since there are games out there that I can make progress with. if you ever do figure out the trick that actually works for jumping over the holes in the gate, please refresh my memory. :-)
