Older titles like Alien Outback and so on are reset at the computer
level, but newer titles like the updated Change Reaction, Silver Dollar
etc, require you to do it at the server end, if the user in question no
longer has access to the activated machine.
May I humbly suggest having a user licence web portal so that users who
don't have access to their old machines can modify/delete activations
themselves on the server end, rather than having to contact you about it?
Just a thought.

Regarding Change Reaction; Personally, since I am a Mac person
rather than Windows, I cannot offer specifics on how to do this,
but one possibility may be that you’ve used up your activations
for the game and may need to reset them? Have you checked this?
