Hey Joshua, you have to be at a festival location and then it’s in the Toon car menu. I’m not in front of the game just now but I think it’s called auto upgrade. When you’re on the pause menu, locate the go to home option and then you can access the auto upgrade from that tune car menu. Hope that makes sense.
Incidentally, I tried updating the Hoonigan before the on a wing and a prayer event and it wouldn’t let me. I have the car in my collection also, just like you do, so I haven’t yet tried updating there, rather than at the actual event. I’m not sure if that would matter. Also, I’m not even sure if it will allow a different car in that particular race. Haven’t checked yet. I’m very curious about this so I will let you know more when I do. Have an awesome evening!
