I’m curious. Is this a PC game. If yes, where can I get it. Do I need some residual vision to play?

I’m not in front of the game just now but I think it’s called auto upgrade. When you’re on the pause menu, locate the go to home option and then you can access the auto upgrade from that tune car menu. Hope that makes sense. Incidentally, I tried updating the Hoonigan before the on a wing and a prayer event and it wouldn’t let me. I have the car in my collection also, just like you do, so I haven’t yet tried updating there, rather than at the actual event. I’m not sure if that would matter. Also, I’m not even sure if it will allow a different car in that particular race. Haven’t checked yet. I’m very curious about this so I will let you know more when I do. Have an awesome evening! The reward in question is Runaway Success, rewarded for winning the A Wing on a Prayer showcase event. I just completed the Coast to Coast story of Horizon Apex which had a pretty fast car. I'm not sure if it was unlocked after completion but that might be the right car to get the job done. I hope that after I get this reward, Anna will stop bringing me to it when I try to request accolades to set a route to find more stories. I've been attempting to use the map and I've been filtering it down.
