There are a few forms of note-gathering software that might help in that they will at least let you categorise notes?

For example, to just repeatedly type in short strings, I use an add-on for NVDA, but, for other notes, I use something called flash note - for programming code snippets:

Or else, there are various other actual databases out there you should be able to work with, but, not too sure of all their general interfaces - I work with most of them via python code myself.

And, yes, I play a form of table-top RPG, but, generally just as a character, so, I just keep my primary character information in text files on my laptop while we're playing, while then handle dice-rolling via a couple of different interfaces.

Hello all,

I am running a DnD campaign and I have encountered a difficulty. As I
continue to build my world, I am finding that keeping all of my notes
organized has become arduous.

At present, I have been making use of Notepad and Microsoft Word, but
these applications do not provide the levels of organization I
require. Do any of you have any suggestions for applications that will
allow me to keep more organized notes?

Thanks,
Justin
