I don't know about Goro's ring, but according to the wiki, the druid "ring of verdant magic" is in the hands of a pillywiggin outcast. Whom I have yet to find thanks to the aforementioned thorn beasts. Even though I'm now a level 18 druid and that's supposedly a level 9 area. Sigh! Good luck finding Goro's ring, wherever it may be. Also, yes, the village is called Gocholandia, located in Central Sloe.
