Agreed with Gene here: I would generally advise leaving the original
messages intact below your response. Most mail clients have an option to
do this, and it provides critical context if you have a short message,
which is the case here.
To answer your actual issue: can you please provide examples of links
that aren't working for you and what happens when you try to download
them? If you're referring to agarchive.net broken links are fixable, and
if you're having issues with Windows blocking downloads there are also
usually ways to disable or work around those as well.
