Contrary to popular belief, iPods are quite useable by blind users.  I am 
totally blind and 
have no problems using my 40GB iPod.  You have to be willing to learn a couple 
simple 
menus, and that's all.  I highly recommend them if you are not opposed to 
learning the 
menu layout.  Every menu item can be set to click as you select it, so it is a 
snap to browse 
through the options if you know how far to go.  iPod is the #1 way I listen to 
music, and it 
saddens me that so many blind people tend to believe that, since it has a 
screen, they can't 
use it.  If you're too lazy to memorize the menus, or can't for whatever 
reason, then that is 
one thing...but there is *no* reason that a blind person *cannot* use the iPod.
