It's a scam. I called the number and asked them if I would be charged for the call, and they said I would. SO far, all phone companies I know,and I mean cell phone companies too, will make an exception for blind customers if they contact their respective carriers beforehand. I don't pay 411 charges with T-Mobile, and I don't pay 411 charges with Cox Communications either. The most you'll need to do is fax or mail a verification that you are indeed legally blind, and they will add the exemption to your account. They may not even require this much. At any rate, don't let these creeps take your money when you don't have to give it to them.
